I-Flex thermoplastic tube, specially developed for the biopharmaceutical industry, can be used to transport high-purity fluids in the biopharmaceutical industry. It can be welded, heat sealed and molded.

Product features

· Thermoplastic elastic material is specially developed for the delivery of pharmaceutical industry fluid, belonging to disposable biopharmaceutical tubing;

· The thermoplastic pipe material meets the standards of USP Class VI, FDA, ISO and European Pharmacopoeia 3.2.2.1;

· With good elasticity and translucent body, and it can be sterilized, heat sealed and heat welded;

· It does not contain silicone oil and animal derived ingredients;

· The smooth inner wall provides better flow performance, and the translucent color allows complete visual monitoring of the fluid;

· There are traceable product record numbers on the packaging bags and boxes, and the quality control procedures have been recorded;

· The specified length, size and package can be ordered on request.

· Insoluble particle test according to USP 788

· Avoid particles falling off when cutting woven reinforced tubing

· No animal derived ingredients

· Operating temperature range: -40 °C to 135 °C

· With high temperature and high pressure sterilization or gamma γ Radiation sterilization

· According to the method VDmax 25 in ISO 11137, sterility validation can be carried out by gamma ray irradiation.
